About IOTIS :
IOTIS is a sportstech startup that develops a smart football. Sensors in the ball detect e. g. how fast a player shoots or how many contacts he has done during a drill. Combined with an app, the player will be able to receive live feedback, compare himself with his friends and teammates and improve his skills on the pitch.

Your Exciting Action
- Conception and implementation of design guidelines and systems, style guides and digital CI/CD
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with and coordination of content strategists, visual designers, front-end designers, project managers and consultants
- Advising customers on user-oriented solutions in line with product and brand strategy and technical circumstances
- Planning, implementation and follow-up of workshops, as well as deriving recommendations for action
- Application of user research and user testing methods
- Specification of ideas in the form of text, wireframes, sitemaps and interactive prototypes
- With us, you are part of the team right from the start and always keep an eye on the quality standards for the design and development of innovative UI concepts in the RWD context. You will also be responsible for the conception and implementation of design guidelines and systems, style guides and digital CI/CD.
- You quickly generate and sketch ideas and visions in different variants and, on the other hand, create accurate interface design that can be implemented immediately.
- You bear conceptual responsibility for digital solutions or individual components of a digital solution.
- Together with customers, users and other stakeholders, you will develop the relevant requirements and work with them to design innovative solution ideas that meet these requirements.
- You develop appealing concepts for the solution ideas developed for coordination with the clients and other stakeholders.
- Together with the software architecture department, you will concretize concepts into ready-to-implement designs and prepare the implementation of solutions together with our software engineers.
- In addition, you will support the development of digital solutions and design all necessary implementation details in coordination with the client and other stakeholders
Desired Skills & Experience
- Several years of relevant professional experience in the area of interaction or user experience design and a suitcase with methods from user centered design / design thinking
- Several years of experience and high consulting expertise in UX research, UX conception and evaluation
- Experience in agile methods and product orientation
- A portfolio and project examples from the area of user experience: personas, user journeys, sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, interaction concepts
- Very good knowledge of tools such as Figma, Sketch, Axure, Adobe XD or similar, as well as an eye for creativity
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Several years of experience in the user interface environment (interaction/visual and interface design), creativity and a feel for modern imagery, formal language and typography
- A portfolio and project examples in the areas of user interface, navigation and mobile design, as well as a proactive, creative mind with innovative ideas
- Attention to detail in visual design combined with the ability to balance design, innovation and usability
- Very good knowledge and experience in common prototyping and design tools (including Invision, Sketch, Figma and Adobe CS)
- Experience in RWD creation, preferably understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) and agile work experience
- Self-organisation. You take responsibility for your work and achieve high-quality results autonomously and in a structured manner.
- Completed studies in the field of industrial design, product design, communication design, media informatics, computer science or a comparable field with a high degree of design
